All of my woodcarving is done by hand so no two carvings will be exactly alike. Also, when you see a picture of a woodcarving, it looks different than the picture no matter how good the picture is. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with a woodcarving that you order from my website, you can send it back to me for a full refund.

The satisfaction guarantee on commissioned work is slightly different because the carving that you design for me to carve is so personalized. However, I will work with you until you are happy with the carving.

Since wood has inherent weaknesses that may not be apparent, my policy is to guarantee all of my canes for one year. If a cane breaks during normal use because of a defect in workmanship or material, I will repair it or replace it free of charge.
